“Promote reciprocity”

Between 1999 and 2013, the Objectif Plein Emploi asbl project and network was the driving force behind the implementation of the solidarity economy in Luxembourg. In order to document this development, we have decided on a chronological approach.

Thus, on this website, under the heading «Press», you can find various OPE articles published in the Luxembourgish press, all of which should be read in the context of the respective political developments. One finds also the page "économie solidaire" from the daily paper "Tageblatt" published every fourteen days from 2006 to 2013. It mainly shows the development of the social economy in Europe and the world and was designed by the OPE subsidiary "Institut Européen de l'Economie Solidaire".

In addition, you will find in the section "Publications" books or brochures which were published by OPE or published as contributions in collective publications.

Finally, in the section "Projects and Studies", you will find the scientific papers that will be used for the design and description of a solidary economy to be implemented in Luxembourg, as well as for the construction of the desired third economic pillar.
